Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list while answering telephone calls within three rings. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and help fellow Team Members to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Standing for long periods and safely lifting trays are essential.
