Job Summary
Give a warm welcome to every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct guests accordingly. Help fellow Team Members and contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while standing for long periods and maneuvering food trays. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude with the ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience necessary.
