Job Summary
The Host is essential in providing a welcoming experience and is the first point of contact for guests at the restaurant. Responsibilities include supporting a culture of hospitality, accurately communicating wait times, answering inquiries about operations, and collaborating with the Maître D’. A successful Host will demonstrate a passion for guest experience and possess strong communication skills. While experience in a guest-facing role is preferred, all applicants are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a guest facing role in a restaurant preferred
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Resy functions
- English fluency and additional languages preferred
