Job Summary
Create a welcoming environment for guests in person or over the phone, quoting accurate wait times and finding seating for all. Properly answer inquiries regarding hours, menus, and reservations while acting as a liaison between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen. Partner with the Maître D' to coordinate seatings efficiently, support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, and perform additional duties as assigned to maintain operational success.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- English fluency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a guest facing role in a restaurant
- Basic understanding of Resy functions
- Additional languages
