Job Summary
Greet guests in person or over the phone, creating a welcoming environment while accurately quoting wait times and confirming reservations. Partner with the Maître D' to coordinate seatings, answer inquiries about hours and menus, and act as a liaison between guests, management, and the kitchen. Maintain composure and efficiency during high-volume services at the Broadway Lounge and Revel & Rye in Times Square.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- English fluency

- Experience in a guest facing role in a restaurant
- Basic understanding of Resy functions
