Job Summary
Welcome every Guest warmly, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager as needed. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them appropriately. Assist fellow Team Members while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume setting where you will stand for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food. No experience is necessary. Join Chili's, a Dallas-based casual dining leader serving Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, fajitas, and hand-shaken margaritas since 1975. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available with a fast hiring process.
