Welcome each guest with a smile and escort them to their assigned table while controlling room flow through station rotation and enforcing check issue procedures. Assign opening and closing side duties, supervise station setups, and maintain the reservation book by answering calls and noting special requests. Check all tables daily for proper settings, assist with bussing and cocktail orders, and communicate guest concerns to the department manager. Remain visible on the dining floor, maintain cleanliness standards, and incorporate safe work practices throughout the six-month seasonal term. Compensation is $15.00 per hour.
