Job Summary
Greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, seat diners, and coordinate with staff to optimize service flow. Handle phone calls, answer customer inquiries, and assist with to-go orders. Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy with money and point-of-sale operations. Work standing for long periods and safely lift and maneuver food trays. Requires a positive attitude, ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and willingness to follow instructions.
