Job Summary
Greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, seat diners, and coordinate with staff to optimize service flow. Handle phone calls, answer inquiries, and assist with to-go orders while maintaining top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Work unsupervised, standing for long periods, and safely lift or maneuver food trays. Operate a point-of-sale system accurately and follow instructions to ensure smooth operations.
