Job Summary
Coordinate seating and dining room flow while answering reservation calls and managing guest expectations. Maintain a safe, clean working environment by ensuring host areas are organized and side stations are prepped for business demand. Anticipate coworker needs and build rapport with guests to increase repeat clientele, while remaining attentive to special occasions, food restrictions, and accommodations. Deliver high-level customer service from entry to exit. Available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; must be able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 15 lbs.
