Job Summary
Host / To Go Specialist handles front-of-house duties including greeting guests, seating customers, and taking to-go orders; suggests menu items, ensures order accuracy, and upsells beverage options. Maintains a clean hostess area, assists with cash handling, collects payments, resolves guest complaints, and supports dine-in service to improve speed of service and table turns. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, English literacy, mathematical ability for cash handling, multitasking, and organizational attention to detail.
