Host/To Go Specialist

Maintain a clean and organized host stand; answer phones, open doors, and seat guests. Assist customers with placing and picking up to-go orders. Process payments accurately following company accounting procedures and using the POS. Perform opening, running, and closing side work while adhering to all safety and sanitation policies. This role supports the Hickory Tavern team at our neighborhood gathering spot in the Carolinas, where we serve craveable food, cold drinks, and game day excitement since 1997.
