Job Summary
Host / To Go Specialist responsible for greeting guests, seating guests, taking to-go orders, preparing beverages for service, and ensuring total guest satisfaction. Key duties include assisting other team members, maintaining the hostess area, handling incoming calls and to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of to-go receipts, expediting dine-in orders, and performing various other duties to support front-of-house operations. Required skills include superior customer service and communication, ability to read/write English, numerical/mathematical proficiency for cash handling, multi-tasking, and strong organizational detail.
