Job Summary
As a Host / To-Go Specialist, you will welcome and seat guests, manage the waitlist, prepare and package takeout orders, and ensure all items are included. Key duties involve handling phone calls, maintaining a clean pickup area, and communicating with staff for smooth service. The position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-service orientation. Flexibility for full-time or part-time scheduling is available, along with opportunities for growth into server or leadership roles.
