Job Summary
Host To-Go Specialist; first and last point of contact for guests whether dining in or picking up, combining hosting, takeout support, and customer service to ensure a positive, seamless experience. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, managing waitlists and reservations, preparing and packaging takeout orders, ensuring all to-go items and utensils are included, handling phone calls, maintaining an organized host stand and pickup area, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff, and delivering excellent service during busy periods; requires friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, multitasking, organization in a fast-paced environment, and basic POS/take-order familiarity with training provided; flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time.
