Assist the reception team with seating plans and support the floor team with relaying tables for smooth management of turn times. Anticipate guests' needs by timely communicating any special requests to the floor and kitchen, acting as a point of contact. Contribute hands-on to a smooth service by warmly engaging with guests from door to table. This role is part of The Wolseley Hospitality Group, which operates a portfolio of nine restaurants across London including Piccadilly, Aldwych, and Soho.
