Energetic and personable Host greets guests, seats guests, presents menus, quotes wait times, and ensures guests are comfortable while waiting for their dining experience. Responsibilities include taking names on waiting lists, managing the floor plan, observing tables, tracking clean/dirty/occupied tables, answering phones and questions about the menu, and maintaining restrooms and the host area. Strong emphasis on customer focus, clear communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to contribute to a positive dining experience.
