Job Summary
Greet guests and patrons upon arrival, take reservations (in person and over the phone), escort guests to seating, answer restaurant phone calls, record and process take-out orders, and answer menu-related inquiries. Maintain an organized host stand, keep menus updated, possess menu knowledge, support team members to ensure high-quality service, assist with table prep and sanitation, follow safety and alcohol service policies, and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- 0-1 year experience as a host (in upscale restaurant)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
