Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, manage OpenTable reservations, and coordinate seating to optimize service flow. Assist with special seating requests, communicate table availability and wait times, and provide menus while introducing guests to servers. Maintain a clean host stand, answer phone calls, and handle reservation inquiries. Monitor the dining area, update the Maître D on table status, and thank guests as they leave. Support service by bussing tables and running food when needed. Adhere to health and sanitation regulations and uphold THE ONE GROUP's high hospitality standards. Represent the brand professionally, including maintaining an elevated appearance. Work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Previous host or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant
