Job Summary
Host/hostess role responsible for greeting guests, guiding seating, managing reservations, and providing menu and server information. Ensure seating efficiency by balancing flow among server stations, maintain rotation and accommodate seating preferences and party size. Use paging system when needed, relay information to service staff, collect guest feedback, and handle inquiries about hours, reservations, and directions. Maintain clean, organized station and manage necessary supplies; provide backup coverage for host stand; complete side work; assist with restroom cleanliness and stocking; respond to inquiries and maintain professional guest interactions. Requires prior host/hostess experience and a high school diploma or GED; must be eligible to work in the United States.
