Job Summary
Create a welcoming environment for guests in person or over the phone, answering inquiries about hours, menus, and reservations. Partner with the Maître D' to quote accurate wait times and coordinate seatings throughout each service. Act as a liaison between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen while maintaining composure under pressure. Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality by exuding warmth and taking on additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- English fluency

- Experience in a guest facing role in a restaurant
