Host (The Kitchen)

Greet and seat guests, control reservations and the door using a waiting list, and ensure the kitchen is apprised of bookings, times, and special requests. Set up the floor plan for servers daily, maintain proper cash handling and phone etiquette, and check the restaurant for cleanliness and lighting. Acknowledge and respond to all guest requests and complaints while adhering to company policies, hand washing procedures, and health and safety requirements. Participate in daily stand-up meetings and required departmental training. The schedule varies and may include shift work, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
