Job Summary
Welcome guests, manage reservations, and deliver timely, thoughtful customer service while ensuring the restaurant floor remains organized. Perform daily tasks including cleaning, stocking, and organizing, and communicate critical updates to team members regarding section changes or out-of-stock items. Maintain knowledge of products, the brand, and the local area to kickstart the dining experience effectively. This role requires standing or walking for extended periods and may involve heavy lifting up to 160.5lbs. You must possess current Proserve status and strong beer culture knowledge.
