Job Summary
Ambassador (host) position at The Friendly Toast; first point of contact, greets and seats guests, presents menus, informs guests of specials, manages waiting list, runs floor plan board, tracks table status, answers menu questions, assists with to-go orders if needed, maintains restrooms, and upholds a positive dining experience. Requires excellent communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, problem-solving on the fly, and reliability. Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday availability; opportunity for growth in a fun, inclusive restaurant culture.
