Job Summary
Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner while managing reservation and walk-in traffic using Open Table. Monitor table rotation and coordinate with Front of House and Back of House teams to optimize guest flow, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entrance area. Answer guest inquiries, assist with special requests, wait times, or accommodations, and support the overall guest experience with a friendly and attentive approach. Assist with bussing tables and support the team by running food and beverages as needed. Valid Smart Serve Certification is required, and candidates must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Calm under pressure, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host or in a guest-facing hospitality role is an asset
- Comfortable using reservation and table management systems (OpenTable) - preferred
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
