Host

Host/Hostess role at Denny’s: greet guests upon arrival, seat guests at clean, dry tables with proper seating rotation, take initial beverage orders, describe promotions and assist with serving as needed, respond to guest concerns, and ensure total guest satisfaction while adhering to Denny’s Guiding Principles. Must handle cash/transactions with proper procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and support team members throughout the dining experience. Requires strong guest service skills, ability to work in a team, basic math, English communication, and flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends. Focus on creating a welcoming guest experience and maintaining brand standards.
