Job Summary
Greet and seat guests promptly in a friendly, courteous manner; manage seating rotations and maintain guest waiting lists; assist with beverage service and initial beverage orders; describe promotions and contribute to guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience; handle cash, credit, and discounts per policy using the POS; coordinate with team members to ensure timely service and proper cleanliness of dining areas; respond to guest concerns and adhere to Denny’s guiding principles and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Must be able to pass all required tests and training requirements for the position
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to stand and walk during entire shift
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs as per essential functions
