Host

Host/Hostess greets and seats guests in a friendly and courteous manner, receives payment and assists other service personnel to provide total guest satisfaction; responds to guest concerns; demonstrates product and menu knowledge; maintains guest waiting lists and proper seating procedures; describes promotions and may suggestively sell while seating guests and taking initial beverage orders; supports other team members and ensures timely service, smooth cash handling, and adherence to brand standards; duties include assisting with to-go orders, handling queries, and maintaining a clean, inviting dining area; must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends.
