Host

Greet and seat guests as they arrive, acknowledge departure, and assist other service personnel to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage guest waiting list, describe promotions, take initial beverage orders, and address guest concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assist with table turnover, and provide courteous service to guests and team members. Demonstrates strong product and menu knowledge, safe cash handling, and proficiency with the point-of-sale system. Adheres to Denny's Guiding Principles and brand standards, performs required side-work, and supports team members as needed. Requires ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand and move during shifts, and flexible scheduling including holidays, nights, and weekends.
