Greet and seat guests in a friendly, courteous manner; respond to guest concerns; assist other service staff to ensure total guest satisfaction; maintain a waiting list and seating flow; describe promotions and suggestively upsell while seating guests and taking initial beverage orders; handle cash, credit, and discounts with proper cash handling procedures; assist with To-Go orders and collaborate with team to maintain a clean, organized dining area; adhere to brand standards, provide courteous service to guests and team members, and support flexible scheduling including holidays, nights, and weekends.
