Greet guests upon arrival, lead them to tables, and provide menus while answering incoming calls and meeting guest needs. Create floor charts, assign server sections, and relay reservation details to bussers, wait staff, and the kitchen. Monitor bar operations, ensure FOH SOPs are followed, and communicate with all restaurant staff to maintain efficient flow. Relay guest complaints to management and ensure timely, comfortable service pacing. Maintain compliance with departmental policies and assist bartenders in coordinating day-to-day bar operations.
