Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, manage seating charts, and monitor waiting lists while handling reservations via OpenTable. Process takeout and delivery orders, assemble packages to prevent damage, and handle payments across cash, credit, and digital methods. Reconcile sales accurately at shift end and answer phone inquiries courteously. Perform other duties as assigned in a high-volume restaurant setting. Requires high school diploma, prior hosting experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Legal Sea Foods offers medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints
- Legal Sea Foods participates in the federal E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility of all new hires
- All new hires will be required to complete Form I-9 and successfully participate in the E-Verify process
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Host
- Working knowledge of OpenTable and Point of Sale
