Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, seat servers' sections following rotation, and guide guests to their tables while introducing them to their designated server. Manage the waitlist efficiently, assist in light bussing, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and bid guests a warm farewell upon departure. Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers. Requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to stand for up to 6 hours per shift.
