Job Summary
Host/Support role at Four Points by Sheraton - Kelowna Airport handling front-of-house and food service tasks: hosting, food running, expediting, seating guests, assisting with waitlists using OpenTable, answering menu/dietary questions, communicating guest needs to service team, maintaining cleanliness of host stand and dining areas, coordinating food timing between kitchen and service staff, restocking service areas, ensuring proper table turnover, assisting with in-room dining and banquet setups, and supporting staff during busy periods. Requires Serving It Right Certification, strong customer service mindset, clear communication, attention to detail, ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork across shifts.
