Host - Stone Creek, Noblesville

As a Host at Cunningham Restaurant Group, you are the first point of contact for guests, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing waitlists and reservations, assisting guests with information about the menu and daily specials, coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience, and maintaining a clean, organized host stand. The role emphasizes excellent communication, a friendly and outgoing personality, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus; prior host/hostess experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime; candidates should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
