Job Summary
Host / Maitre D role reporting to the Reservations Manager in Hawksmoor NY. Responsibilities include working within the host team to deliver excellent service and hospitality, setting up and breaking down each service on reservations, maintaining excellent rapport with colleagues and guests, and ensuring smooth and successful services. Requires experience with reservation teams at top New York restaurants, strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and experience with restaurant systems and reservation/event platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with reservation’s teams at the top restaurant and bars in New York
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with all departments
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Experience with restaurant systems, reservation, event platforms and technology
