Job Summary
The Host position involves greeting guests in a friendly manner, managing reservations, maintaining an accurate waitlist, and coordinating seating arrangements for efficient guest service. Responsibilities include answering phones, communicating issues to management, and, occasionally, bussing tables. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service or hosting.
