Job Summary
The Host at Sports & Social BPV greets and welcomes guests, manages reservations, and coordinates seating arrangements to ensure excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include answering phones, maintaining wait lists, and occasionally bussing tables. Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service or hosting experience and possess strong communication skills. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to handle items weighing up to 50 pounds, and staying in one location for extended periods.
