Job Summary
The Host at Sports & Social Cary is responsible for answering phones, taking messages and reservations, maintaining an accurate waitlist, welcoming guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks, including occasional bussing of tables. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service or hosting, be fluent in English, and possess basic mathematical skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties
- Ability to read, review and understand seating charts
- Basic mathematical skills
