Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them while helping fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by greeting guests warmly and thinking quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires the ability to work standing for long periods and safely lift trays of food. No experience is necessary.
