Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list while answering telephone calls within three rings. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and help fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by standing for long periods and safely lifting and maneuvering food trays. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
