Job Summary
Greet guests upon entry, seat them promptly, and maintain cleanliness of the entrance, lobby, and front dining areas. Clear, clean, and reset tables, booths, and floors after guests depart, while checking restrooms regularly for stock levels and hygiene. Take drink orders as needed and sanitize all menus. Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the Manager or acting supervisor. Maintain a flexible schedule and attend all required training or certification programs. This role supports ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny's BBQ franchise, in delivering memorable guest experiences through fun and connections.

- Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills are needed. Expected to work on a mobile device.
- Ability to handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment
- Able to communicate effectively with other Team Members, including speaking and listening.
- Position requires constant human interaction and movement.
