Job Summary
Greet customers immediately upon entry, seat guests, and manage restaurant flow to ensure excellent service and alleviate pressure on servers. Answer questions about new menu items and specials, handle To-Go orders, and sell merchandise while maintaining accurate order processing. Monitor the front-of-house atmosphere, adjusting lighting and music volume, and ensure cleanliness standards are met. Follow up with departing guests to confirm their experience and remind them of future events. Maintain proper sanitation and food handling protocols, manage responsible cash handling, and act as a spokesperson for store events. This part-time role requires a personal, energetic personality, basic math skills, and the ability to multi-task while promoting brand integrity.
