Job Summary
Greet customers upon entry, seat guests, and manage restaurant flow to ensure efficient service and excellent guest experiences. Answer menu questions, handle to-go orders and merchandise sales, and maintain front-of-house atmosphere standards including lighting, music, and cleanliness. Follow up with departing guests and participate in store events as a brand spokesperson. This part-time role requires punctuality, uniform readiness, and strong customer service skills to uphold brand integrity while supporting food and beverage quality assurance.
