Greet and seat guests upon entry, accommodating parties of all sizes while controlling restaurant flow to ensure efficient service. Answer questions about new menu items and specials, manage To-Go orders, and sell merchandise. Maintain front-of-house atmosphere by monitoring lighting, music volume, and cleanliness, and follow up with departing guests to ensure satisfaction. Perform assigned tasks including rotation seating, responsible cash handling, and promotional representation for store events. Maintain professionalism, communicate clearly with the team, and participate in community outreach activities. This part-time role requires punctuality, uniform readiness, and basic mathematical skills.
