Job Summary
Maintain the host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area while welcoming guests, seating them timely, and managing the waitlist iPad system. Answer phones, place to-go orders into the POS, and inspect restrooms every 30 minutes. Respond to guest requests and communicate them to servers, while assisting teammates with food delivery and bussing tables. Work in a standing position for up to 9 hours, safely lifting up to 20 pounds. Earn $15.15–$17.15/hour with weekly pay and a $15 shift allowance; full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance are available after one year. Prior experience is recommended, though not required.
Required Qualifications
- at least 17 years of age
- authorized to work in the US
- familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
- familiar with POS and iPad systems
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
- able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
- All county required food and alcohol serving certifications
