Job Summary
Welcome every guest, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them. Help fellow team members and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Maintain a friendly, warm attitude while thinking quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Work in a standing position for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food. No experience necessary; flexible part-time or full-time schedules available.
