Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them, while helping fellow Team Members and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, standing for long periods and safely lifting trays. No experience is necessary.
