Host

Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, and informs them of any specials. Maintains waitlist and quotes wait times, monitors floor plan, and ensures tables are clean and prepared. Performs cleaning, stocking, and small side projects as needed while interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and high level of customer satisfaction. Reports to work in a neat uniform, adheres to all company policies, and participates in required meetings. No supervisory responsibilities; work environment is a restaurant and bar setting with typical restaurant duties.
