Job Summary
The Host at Shark Bar is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, maintaining an accurate waitlist, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure fast and courteous service. Essential skills include strong attention to detail, effective communication with guests and staff, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service or hosting and must be fluent in English.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to read and understand seating charts
